

VENDOR SETUP INFORMATION
Please read this information carefully regarding setup instructions for your booth in the Fondo venue.
The main venue area for the Fondo is N Main Street in front of On Tap and the Charles Mack Citizens Center. To facilitate the event all of Main Street will be closed the morning and early afternoon of September 7th between Center Ave and Iredell Ave.

Sponsors and Vendors will have access to the street closure area for setup and teardown. Access will be through the intersection at Center Ave and Main St. A Fondo Volunteer will let you through the street closure barricade.
The morning setup window is from 4:30 am to 7:15 am. All Sponsor/Vendor vehicles must clear the venue area by 7:15 am to allow for the start of the rides. Limited setup/load-in can occur at 8:35 am, after the 25-mile riders leave the start/finish area, but must be completed, and vehicles must clear the venue by 9:30 am.
Tear Down will begin at 1:30 pm.
A detailed venue map with an assigned tent location number will be provided to you via email. For now, please reference the diagram attached for the entry/exit point at Center Ave and Main St, along with the full day schedule for the event.
